What we do
We will find the car of your choice, perform all the necessary checks, negotiate the best price for you and finalise the deal. The checks will include:
- V5C vehicle registration certificate, also known as the log book.
- The VIN or vehicle identification number. This is stamped on to the chassis of the vehicle.
- Checking that the Mot is in order.
- Checking of the service history
- Checking of the bodywork for a consistent paint finish.
- Ensuring the gaps between the panels are the same width.
- Check of the operation of the doors and the boot, and examination of the rubber seals.
- Suspension operation.
- Checking tyres for wear and damage.
- Checking the sunroof or folding roof operation and condition.
- Checking the engine for oil and water leaks.
- Checking the battery terminals and condition.
- Checking the oil and fluid levels.
- Checking the interior for wear and damage.
- Ensuring any wear is consistent with the mileage.
